1988 Volvo 240 GL Manual.

Probably the heaviest saloon car ever made 🤷🏻

Built like a tank and just the nicest thing to cruise about in.

Our example is in excellent condion with only 3 previous keepers in it 34 years and had covered only 91000 miles.

The body work is in great condition all the panels are straight and gaps are perfect. The paintwork is in lovely condition with only minor age related marks to note.

The interior is also in excellent condition and very comfortable. Being a GL it benefits from electric windows, heated seats and central locking. The original Volvo hard plastic mats are present and in excellent condition which means the carpet as hardly any wear.

Mechanically the car is excellent and starts first turn of the key. The 2L petrol engine is sweat and torquey and the 5 speed manual gear box is smooth through all the gears.

Our Volvo has recently passed its mot with no advisories and is valid to may 2023.

Supplied with not 2 but 4 keys all it’s original manuals, including it’s service book with 15 stamps, plus a hefty handful of other receipts and history.
