Gorgeous VW Beetle 1300 saloon deluxe!

Supplied new on the 19th of March 1970 by VW dealer Keith Garages Limited to Mr C. Charnock Esq.

Presented in Elm Green this beetle is is exceptional condition throughout. The bodywork is stunning, with no scratches or dents and the paintwork is vibrant and retains a deep shine all round.

In august 1989 Mr charnock had the car completely overhauled going from the masses of history and paper work that accompanies the car.

From the paper work we can see that Mr charnock parted with the Beetle around the early 2000s after 30+ years of ownership. Since it has been cared for meticulously buy it’s keepers.

Inside the interior is just superb, 53 years old with hardly any wear, which shows how well it has been cared for. The period radio works correctly and the original blanking plate is in the glovebox.

Mechanically the car starts first turn of the key and idles perfectly. Covering only a mere 80k miles It pulls well through all gears and stops exactly as it should. We note through the vast amounts of paper work that it has been serviced regularly and has wanted for nothing.
