1996 Rover Mini Exquinox.

Originally supplied by Kane of comber this stunning example has only covered 20,100 miles!

Presented in Amaranth pearlescent this Mini is in fabulous condition throughout. A full respray was carried out on the vehicle in 2015 with the addition of sports pack arches and sports pack alloy wheels. The bodywork is superb and this particular paint colour has a deep shine and looks fantastic in the sunlight.

The original equinox interior is in immaculate condition with the equinox upholstery being one of the nicest combinations of the special editions in our opinion. The sun, moon and stars patterned seats and door cards are wear free, as are the carpets which have the addition of over mats in each footwell. The boot has been tastefully trimmed out and looks fantastic.

The Equinox Limited Edition benefitted from a number of improvements to the Mini range introduced in 1994 and 1995, including single-point fuel injection; rear inertia-reel seat belts; radio-cassette with removable front panel; remote-activated alarm/ immobiliser; chrome locks, door handles and boot release; as well as other special Equinox trim features.

Mechanically the car is a pleasure to drive. The 1.3spi engine is sweet and pulls exceptionally well. The gear change is smooth and tight with the additional upgrade of a Kad short shifter. The suspension shocks have been recently upgraded and the stainless steel exhaust has a deep crisp note.

Supplied with a fresh MOT to April 2024, service history and original book pack this beautiful example is ready to be enjoyed!
